Can the heart rate measurement be deactivated manually? It bothers me if the wristband lights up all the time... Is it also known whether the watch has a sleep phase alarm?
Yes, the heart rate measurement can be switched ON/OFF via the settings. The Vivoactive HR does not have a sleep phase alarm.
