I own both the above TV and a Harmoy One (old model) and yes the IR functionality of the LG TV works wonderfully. Clear text, on/off and basic functions like input selection. Since the LG as a Smart TV also needs a mouse and other control functions, there is the LG Magic Remote which is connected via Bluetooth (not via WLAN). I have not yet been able to connect this function with an external remote control.
The Harmony One (old model) works in the basic functions except for the mouse function, etc., but the Harmony Touch or Touch One does not work with or without a hub.

Hi Fischlee2, The product cannot be operated with the Harmony One. The remote control runs via wifi, so you also need the hub. With this it should actually work, however I also have my problems with it!
