This is a question Digitec must answer. I find it disturbing that Digitec pass on questions to customers that are their business as sellers. Selling is more than just collecting money and charging small quantity surcharges. Selling without customer service has short legs ...

Unfortunately, I can't answer that. I've never had to buy anything.
