Question about Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Carbon Gen 12

I was able to do a search and unfortunately we don't have the exact same configuration with a QWERTY keyboard. Unfortunately, this cannot be selected and the devices are already configured. Alternatively, there are the following configurations with a US QWERTY keyboard:
