Can it be programmed to turn on and off at predefined times? Is it possible to vary the signal strength? Thank you

Regarding the predefined hours, you can set up the WLAN activity system if needed, which works well, however, the signal strength is not configurable. You can opt for the 5Ghz which allows a higher data load via WLAN.
