Can it also be used as a phone finder? If I put it in the phone case and put the application in another phone.
You don't have to do this. You can press the Chipolo twice and your mobile phone will ring :-)
You can also share the Chipolo with another account, which you could use on another phone. So basically share the "keys" with your significant other :-)

It is a tracker that is used with a phone application, so I don't really understand your request. I also think the tracker is too big to fit in a phone case.
