Can I watch Swiss and Italian channels in HD without switching anything? I already have this CI module with the SRG SSR card. Swisscam 2.0 (Viaccess, CI module) and would like to buy this in addition: TivuSat HD module with TivuSat Smart card, various Italian channels (Nagravision, CI module, Smartcard)
