Yes, with a sintech adapter M2 ssd should fit. Check forum.macrumors.com and search "Upgrading 2013/2014 Macbook Pro SSD to M.2 NVMe". With 2013-2014 mac models there are small problems but you can survive. Since 2015 models (MBP, MBA) there are few problems. I have in plan to make this upgrade with my Macbook pro 2015 and a 2TB ssd but I wait preisdrop (soon come maybe new samsung ssd...). Greetings

No, unfortunately not. Apple did not adhere to the M.2 standard for the MBA, so unfortunately these SSDs do not fit.
