The T430u is compatible according to specs and a 2.5" SSD disk like the Kingston fits in. I have exactly the same configuration, but with a Samsung in a W530.

It didn't fit on my T430s. It was too thick. I have the one with 9.5 mm installation height in operation with a Samsung 850 SSD.
