Question about be quiet! Dark Rock Slim

I would use a different CPU cooler. I currently use the one for my Ryzen 5 3600 and it is between 35-40 degrees without load.
I think an i7 gives off much more heat and you would probably have to set the fan faster which leads to more "noise".
To be on the safe side, compare the TDP again.
