Can I use the Apple Watch SE without my mobile phone; can I go jogging & leave my mobile at home and it will still count my heart rate, steps, etc.?

Hi, yes you can, the watch gives you live results even without a mobile phone and records your values so that they are only synchronised after the race and you can view them on your mobile.
I don't know what to say, couldn't use it, only works with iphone
