Can i use the adapter for a gopro 3+ black edition (mini usb jack) with the use of an adapter usb-c jack to usb-mini plug or is there no need to try this at all?

No, USB-C is not mini-USB (compatible). Micro-USB and mini-USB are also not compatible.
