Can I use it to replace an existing kaba cylinder? What do I have to pay attention to?

Thank you for your patience. Unfortunately, you cannot use the existing cylinder but replace it as you said. Then the communication between the two items will work. You just have to make sure that the dimensions fit and that you use the cylinder supplied :-)
