Can I use an i7-6700K 4 GHz here? According to the specs it only supports "Core i5 7th Gen , Core i7 7th Gen , Core i3 7th Gen" but not 6th Gen - an i7-6700K wouldn't work would it?

I think there is a mistake in the description: according to the specs it only supports "Core i5 7th Gen , Core i7 7th Gen , Core i3 7th Gen" but not 6th Gen - but an i7-6700K would work according to this page:
