Netflix via Google Cast only finds the projector if the Netflix app is installed on the projector. But then I get the same error message as when I want to stream directly with the Netflix app: Your account is not authorised for this device.
However, I have never had any contact with XGIMI customer service and my Netflix app is directly from the Play Store....
Workaround that works for me: Buy Chromecast Donge and connect it to the projector via HDMI.

I can confirm this just as Hanspeter has already said. Why should I stream from the phone if the Netflix app is already preinstalled on the thing anyway? Connect the device to the internet, log into the Netflix app and off you go.

No, they have a Netflix app.
