Question about Samsung QE65QN95AAT

The operation of the TV is very awkward and is mainly aimed at using the three pay services on the remote control. After accidentally pressing these quick selection buttons several times in the same evening, my partner was just able to stop me from definitely fixing these buttons with the hot glue gun ;-) So I now only need the TV as a screen and use Apple TV via the HDMI input. The delivery of the wall mount took 2 months. The function to display a photo in standby does not work until today. So I have never progressed to such higher functions as saving. I use the Zattoo app and the films/series are also saved there. This allows me to save several programmes in parallel and then watch more.
