No!

Upgradeers beware
With Coffee Lake, Intel is simultaneously introducing new motherboards and the Z370 chipset. However, they are not that new: the 1151 socket will continue to be used - as was the case with Skylake and Kaby Lake. However, the old boards are not compatible with Coffee Lake. Other pin assignments, apparently to support eight-cores in the future, are to blame. COMPUTER BILD used the GigaByte Z370 in the test.

No - this does not work you need a Z370 chipset.
