Can I plug the unit into the power strip on the receiver and when the power is restored (or when the power is unplugged and plugged back in), the same channel will continue to play?

Helpful answer

Yes, you have to switch on the receiver first by pressing a button. I have just tried it out. However, the clock jumps to 00:00 and must first synchronise itself with the transmitter. To try it out, however, the receiver was only without power for 5 minutes. I don't know what happens if the receiver is without power for a longer period of time and the saved channels are still there.
