I was only able to overclock it to 4.4 GHz and I also use a water cooling system, so there would still be enough leeway in terms of temperature. Not every CPU achieves the same amount of clock speed. But maybe you're lucky. Otherwise, you have to buy a pre-tested version.

No one can really tell you in general how far you can overclock a CPU, it depends on the quality of the chip. In other words, try it out.
Regarding the cooling system, what is the total surface area of your Radis? By surface area I mean how many and what kind of fans you have (3 120s, 3 140s, 1 140 & 2 120s). The cooling capacity of a cooling fan depends on the surface area of the radiators.
