Can I install a Corsair Vengeance LPX (4x, 4GB, DDR4-3200, DIMM 288) on the ASUS RAMPAGE V EXTREME/U3.1 mainboard without any problems, or do I have to stick with the 2133?

Works without any problems, it also says so in the product info (Max. RAM OC: 3300 MHz).

FYI: 3200 MHz is not the native frequency of the sticks, but the maximum stable overclock frequency guaranteed by the manufacturer. Without changing BIOS settings, they run at 2133 MHz. To reach 3200, the X.M.P. 2 profile must be activated in the BIOS, which also gently overclocks the CPU and deactivates its power-saving modes (will need about 30W idle instead of close to zero). Without the X.M.P. profile, RAM can be set manually and individually to 2666, nothing more.

I can't answer that directly, but I have some "HyperX Fury (2x, 8GB, DDR4-2133, DIMM 288)" Ram that works.
