This notebook has a USB-C 3.2 Gen 1 port with DisplayPort 1.2 support, but no Thunderbolt. It is therefore possible to connect an external display via USB-C using a USB-C to DisplayPort or HDMI adapter.
However, the maximum resolution supported by the USB-C port in DisplayPort 1.2 is generally up to 3840×2160 at 60 Hz, so a 3440×1440 display should be compatible without any problem via this USB-C port.
In short, you can connect a 3440×1440 display via USB-C to this laptop using a USB-C to DisplayPort or HDMI adapter, as the USB-C port supports DisplayPort Alternate Mode 1.2, but it doesn't have Thunderbolt.
