can I cancel the data flat rate after the 30 days and load a data package on the same sim?

The subscription runs for one month unless you have activated the automatic renewal. Cancellation is always possible after a maximum of 30 days.
it does not have to be cancelled, it is prepaid and simply expires... can then be recharged with any product from https://www.connect.digitec.ch/connect.
As far as I can remember, this should be possible. On the website of the provider you will find enough answers to various questions in the FAQ section.
