the workmanship of the hose is not great. the suction power is sufficient for everyday use. I vacuum sometimes daily, sometimes several times a day (single parent in a partner flat with garden access) and the device is ok. A bit noisy, the foot a bit narrow, everything seems a bit "cheap" but it sucks. You can use it if you're on a budget or have to keep an eye on it. If you don't have to vacuum every day, e.g. 1*week, have the money, want to have a device for a few years, I would invest for more money and want to buy something better. We previously had a Bosch animal(?) for pet hair, which was top. Quiet, great performance, great workmanship. I also recommend a test in a shop.
