Can all apps from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store be downloaded to the device? If the Overdrive Libby app is installed, can audio books also be played?

I had the device with me for a short time and then returned it. Apple Store doesn't work, Google Play does. But these apps run slowly and smoothly. I felt like I'd been transported back decades. See my review.
