Question about JVC KD-DB98BT incl. DAB aerial
Basically a great part... but as soon as the smartphone (as audio and phone device) is connected to the car radio via Bluetooth, it is no longer possible to show the time in the display. Then there is always an EQ display where the time normally is. As soon as you disconnect the smartphone, all possible display types are available again. Current FW 1.07 on it. Does anyone have a solution or experience?

I have found out in the meantime ... is a setting that is not (yet) in the operating instructions.
In the call reception settings, in addition to AUTO ANSWER and RING COLOR, there is also a setting for BATT/SIGNAL (OFF or AUTO) ... which is probably intended to display the signal and battery status of the smartphone connected via BT ... which can then also be displayed.
But although this display is then not in the place where the time is displayed, the time is no longer displayed if you have this setting on AUTO :-) ... strange, but well ... if OFF, then the time display works again ... is probably a bug of the current FW version ...
