Nuki 2.0 CH-cylinder Smart Lock + Bridge

Attention to those who want to buy a Nuki for the knob cylinder. I bought my Nuki Smart Lock 2.0 a week ago here at Digitec and then noticed that I need an adapter. I ordered it directly from Nuki and found out that there seem to be different versions of the Nuki Smart Lock 2.0. The adapter does not fit into the Nuki I got from Digitec. This is ONLY for locking systems with key. I have now called the Nuki support. They exchanged the Nuki Smart Lock 2.0 for me. Therefore order the Nuki for knob cylinders directly from the manufacturer as long as Digitec can't offer the matching Smart Locks as well. Otherwise there will be disappointed faces at the customer and more effort at Digitec.
I am sorry that you had to go through this experience. Of course, you can order the Smart Lock 2.0 from us, which is also compatible with the knob/rotary cylinder. As special locks are produced and supplied for Switzerland (Swiss mounting plate), there have unfortunately been isolated cases of incorrect packaging on the part of NUKI. Affected customers should please contact our customer service. They will receive a new lock immediately. We can assure that all delivered Nuki Smartlocks 2.0 are compatible with the knob/rotary cylinder as of now.
When ordering Nuki Smart Lock 2.0, how can I specify that I want the variant with Kaba rotary knob?
I had exactly the same problem. Nuki is doing the exchange, but I received an invoice from the post for the clearance, which I must now cancel. So yes do not order from digitec until it has the right model if you want to use it with a rotary knob
I suspected that, that they are two different Nuki. I wonder if the plastic adapters for knob cylinders are robust enough to turn the lock. The adapter fits on the "pin" on which the knob is screwed. I look forward to your feedback ...
Having a nuki 2.0 does not guarantee its compatibility with the button cylinder adapters! You must have the latest model or order the nuki directly from the supplier.
Otherwise you will not be able to insert the button cylinder adapter into the nuki 2.0.
We have a knob on our garage door that has to be turned to the right and held to open the door. When the knob is released, it jumps back a quarter turn. Does this also work?
