The G-sensor of one of my controllers was also defective from the start. However, HP sent me a new controller very quickly. Now everything works perfectly.

I can confirm this to a certain extent, the right controller was also faulty in our case (defective G sensor + heavy battery consumption). HP is aware of the problem. The controller was replaced and has been working without any problems since then. I can only recommend the product!
