Question about Bosch Hausgeräte Styline MFQ4835
Attention: Although the description says the opposite, my device was delivered with a German plug that does not fit in Switzerland! There was also no adapter included. Very annoying and the device was sent back.
Unfortunately, I also realised it too late...
In a Swiss online shop, I always expect appliances to be delivered with a Swiss plug. Please make an explicit note on the relevant items if an EU plug is fitted or an adapter for Swiss sockets is required.
For appliances such as coffee machines, this would be negligible at best. However, for products that need to be plugged in and unplugged regularly - such as hand mixers or hoovers - an EU plug is simply impractical in Switzerland.
As the appliance supplied did not specify an EU plug, I returned the item.
