At first we were satisfied, but now the device keeps losing the connection to the Wi-Fi. This is particularly annoying because we can no longer rely on it (e.g. alarm clock). The joke is that if you then switch the device off and plug it back in, it works again. Has anyone had similar experiences and got a tip? Bringing the device into the warranty will hardly do any good...
Sounds more like a software problem - reset the device, reconnect the wifi, etc. I assume you have already tried?
