Are you using the 4-pin or the 8-pin power connector for the power supply to the motherboard?

Try it without any components, then add components one by one (by exclusion) to test which component is causing problems.

Check all PCI plug-in cards (take them out and put them back in), place memory bars in the correct slots (pair 1+3, 2+4), check all cable connections.

There may be a short circuit to the housing, please check.

I have inserted the new motherboard. The PC still does not enter the Bios. I found an old graphics card and suddenly I'm in the Bios.
