Question about Thermaltake Power supply Toughpower GF3 3.0 PCIe5.0

Are you sure on the delivery date? I got a 4090, but I can't use it until I get the PSU, can you speed it up somehow? It makes no sense that we can buy the new GPUs, but not a PSU that can run them properly
