Are they approved for road traffic? Because of the LEDs

Yup, these are approved for road traffic.
Basically, the colour of the LEDs is decisive. Green or blue is not possible. But white is no problem at all.
Galaxus declares replacement lamps with a corresponding note if they are not approved.
