Are these the right RAM's for iMac (mid 2011) with i7, 2.8 GHz? Need a total of 16GB (4x 4GB).

works without any problems on my iMac, but I was disappointed with the speed. I expected more speed.

Yes, it works flawlessly on my Mac. But if you are looking for an efective increase in speed, an SSD is the absolute hammer.
