Yes should be compatible. I recommend updating the BIOS of the mainboard to the latest version before installing. Since you only have one RAM module now, I recommend removing it and replacing it with the two from here. This should result in much faster performance than having three modules (two or four modules is ideal). Put the modules in the same coloured slots.
