In my opinion, yes. The castors are made of hard plastic, but they roll very very "smoothly" (do not block when changing direction, etc.). I myself have an industrial floor. In any case, the chair does not leave any marks on it....
I don't have this chair, but I also have one with hard plastic castors that roll "smoothly". Nevertheless, after about 2 years of use, there are grey spots on the wood where the castors move. Not very bad, but I would put a mat for office chairs under the castors to avoid this.
