Are there no CD/DVD drives that can be connected directly to a PC, but also to a loudspeaker or TV, and perhaps even accessed via WLAN?

Androids like your Tv can usually handle external drives as long as the power supply is guaranteed. If necessary, there are also corresponding adapters.
If you want to have a drive in the wifi, see if your wifi router can also be used as a NAS and connect it there.
