Question about Segway-Ninebot KickScooter MAX G30D

Sorry David Lim, but that was a very cheap answer to the customer. Is this the service that Digitec/Galaxus always praises so highly? If you had done your own research like I did just now, you would surely have been surprised by their answer! Please read exactly what I found out today in contact with segway.ch! Actually, I had already decided on this model G30D, and did some research at segway.ch. I noticed that this model is not listed on those pages and that there are no spare parts to be found. I then called this address on +41 (0)33 442 80 00 and got the following answer: "They are not a branch of Segway (funny, in the contact it says "Segway Switzerland") and they do not (yet) import this model, the devices available on the Swiss market are imported from outside. In the near future they would also offer this model including (presumably) spare parts ...", but a statement that shocked me more, "... they would not carry out any service work on devices not purchased through them. Furthermore, they would not supply retailers such as Microspot etc.". This of course raises the question of where Digitec got the devices from and what the situation is really like with spare parts, because this question was already asked last November and there are still no(!) spare parts to be seen. And who does the service if something is defective? A quick answer would be very welcome, because of course I don't want to miss out on the current promotion.

I'm curious what Digitec will do if I have a warranty claim.
Since Segway does not support the model in Switzerland,
will I get a new replacement every time?
I regret the purchase a bit now, even if the scooter otherwise convinces me completely, the whole thing leaves me with a lukewarm feeling.

Unfortunately, we do not offer spare parts at the moment. In such a case, it is best to ask the manufacturer directly.
