Are the pedals shown also included? Would this be a good starter steering wheel for asseto corsa. I had an apex hori and would like to change to this one

Yes the pedals are included but without the clutch. This is absolutely the best value for money set you can buy and absolutely great for beginners.
I recommend you buy the performance kit for the brake pedal. That's how I bought the whole thing and I'm really enjoying it, here's the link.
