Are only the hands visible in the normal state? So something only lights up when the display is touched?

As indicated, the hands are analogue. So as long as the screen is not activated, only the hands are visible, just like a normal watch.
In the normal state, only the hands are visible. The display only comes on with a quick movement of the wrist or by tapping twice.
