Question about Arlo VMS3430 set of 4

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen
I have not yet been able to put the cameras into operation because the base station of the ADB VV220 router is not accessible: communication only within the home network. I have no possibility to change the provider with a configurable router, as the newer transmission technology does not work over my 1.3 km long old overhead line. Wingo and M-Budget are not communicative!
Does anyone know what to do?
