Apparently there was a recall due to short-circuit problems with the fan hub? https://youtu.be/E7nchcN2DeQ?t=65 Are the revised versions sold here?

I bought it earlier this year and the fan hub is v1.1

As far as I know, this was a problem with the first fanhubs; I think at the beginning of 2021. Recently installed housings should no longer have this. (No guarantee but various friends have the same and there have never been any problems).
Personally, I didn't give the "problem" a chance, which I would recommend. I connected the fans directly to the mobo and thus didn't need a fan hub. Greetings

I ordered the box in December 2022 and it had the replacement kit, so I reckon it's fine
