Question about OPPO Band

Another question: It says ECG in the functions. Is it a real electrocardiogram or is it a simple pulse measurement? I mean, does the device detect cardiac arrhythmias? And if so, can the values be analysed graphically? Is there an app for this that includes the evaluation? If this smartwatch does not offer that, which smartwatch has such a function?
