Question about Amazon Echo Dot Kids 5th Generation (2022)

Amazon Kids or Kids+ offers some cool features (parent dashboard and great content). Has anyone in Switzerland got it to work and if so, how? Is an Amazon account in Germany enough or do you also need a VPN? Even though the ECHO Dot is so cool, it would still be missing some features.
