To fix the cause of the increased CPU usage, it is useful to identify the module that is causing it. To do this, configure icons in Process Explorer. My experience with the laptop has been positive throughout.

After removing fast startup option in power & sleep settings, shutdown or restart is going well. When I use the sleep mode, after switching on, system cpu load is always around 25%. A restart is always needed. It looks like it the way windows is shutting down. I have this only with probook 470 G5. All other laptop or PC's I had, didn't had this problem.
