Also the 2e Probook has the same problem with system PID cpu load 25 %. Happens after shutdown via menu and normal start. Does anyone have a losing?

You should not change the priority of the SYSTEM process, but address the cause of the increased CPU usage.
2) Given what it is, the entire operating system depends on the SYSTEM process.
To fix the cause of the increased CPU usage, it is useful to identify the module that is causing it. To do this, configure icons in Process Explorer. If the problem occurs, check the properties of the SYSTEM process and look at the "Threads" tab. Sort the "CSwitch Delta" column and note the stack of the top thread.
My experience with the laptop has been positive throughout.
After removing fast startup option in power & sleep settings, shutdown or restart is going well. When I use the sleep mode, after switching on, system cpu load is always around 25%. A restart is always needed. It looks like it the way windows is shutting down. I have this only with probook 470 G5. All other laptop or PC's I had, didn't had this problem.
