After just two weeks, the chest strap is already defective. Changing the battery did nothing, so the warranty was recorded and sent to polar. That was 4 weeks ago! As of today, nothing in the post

Contact digitec customer service, they will be able to tell you when you will get your product back. Unfortunately, we in the community can't help you :(
