Question about Amicool External CD DVD drive

After connecting it does not open the CD/DVD drawer, the green light flashes, but nothing moves. Does anyone have any idea what the problem is? I have a MacBook Pro

I always press the switch to open the drive. Don't know if it would open automatically. Otherwise, right-click on the drive on the PC, maybe there is Open or something like that.
