Question about Dreame X50 Ultra Complete
After 3 uses, it discharged and hasn't charged at all since... I've done all the recommended operations but nothing.
This can happen with any device and is not a specific Dreame problem. You really have to make use of the warranty services.
That is unusual. Sounds like a faulty device. It is best to open a warranty claim and have the device replaced.
