After 2 years, I can no longer charge the battery. It is always stuck at 15% and does not respond. What can I do or can I buy a replacement battery somewhere?

Have you found a solution to this? I have exactly the same problem. A new battery did not help.

It may not be of any use here, but I take a 5y bonus for each of the robots, and I've probably had every one of them completely replaced in this time. This is well worth it. Maybe you can ask the manufacturer for support.
