Gigabyte P850GM
850 W
According to the standard, PCIE 6+2 or 8 pin can transmit at least 150 watts. Two PCIE cables with double pin assignment are supplied here. Can this cable and the connector withstand 2x 150 watts?
Under the circumstances it should work, the question is what do you want to use it for, what hardware?
I have 2x GTX1070 (150 watts each) connected to one harness. I know that this does not answer the question, as the PEG slot can also supply 75 watts. But the cables are quite thick and Gigabyte is not a no-name manufacturer. So I wouldn't have any concerns. For 100% certainty I would ask Gigabyte support; unfortunately you have to create an account. Or maybe someone else here can answer who has such a configuration in operation.
