Question about Intel SSD Flash Pro 6000p, 256GB, M.2, TLC

According to the manufacturer's specifications, this is an M.2 with PCIe. Is it possible to operate such an SSD on an M.2 - SATA to USB 3.1? For example, on the Delock 42570?

Delock's page states: "This aluminium enclosure from Delock allows the installation of an M.2 SSD in 2280, 2260, 2242 and 2230 format, which can be connected to a PC or notebook via USB."
This SSD has 2280 format, so that should fit
